Eligibility Classification. This firm fixed price non-commercial Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) procurement is being solicited as a 100% “Small Business Set-Aside,” FAR 52.219-6. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 334418. The size standard in number of employees for NAICS 334418 is 750. Offerors must be a small business concern. A small business concern submitting an offer in its own name shall furnish, in performing this requirement, only end items manufactured or produced by small business concerns in the United States or its outlying areas as defined in FAR 2.101. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.

  • New Classification When a new classification (which is covered by the terms of this agreement) is established by the Home, the Home shall determine the rate of pay for such new classification and notify the Local Union of the same within seven (7) days. If the Local Union challenges the rate, it shall have the right to request a meeting with the Home to endeavour to negotiate a mutually satisfactory rate. Such request will be made within ten (10) days after the receipt of notice from the Home of such new occupational classification and rate. Any change mutually agreed to resulting from such meeting shall be retroactive to the date that notice of the new rate was given by the Home. If the parties are unable to agree, the dispute concerning the new rate may be submitted to arbitration as provided in the Agreement within fifteen (15) days of such meeting. The decision of the Board of Arbitration (or arbitrator as the case may be) shall be based on the relationship established by comparison with the rates for other classifications in the bargaining unit having regard to the requirements of such classification. When the Home makes a substantial change during the term of the Agreement in the job content of an existing classification which in reality causes such classification to become a new classification, the Home agrees to meet with the Union if requested to permit the Union to make representation with respect to the appropriate rate of pay. If the matter is not resolved following the meeting with the Union the matter may be referred to arbitration as provided in the Agreement within fifteen (15) days of such meeting. The decision of the Board of Arbitration (or arbitrator as the case may be) shall be based on the relationship established by comparison with the rates for other classifications in the bargaining unit having regard to the requirements of such classifications. The parties further agree that any change mutually agreed to or awarded as a result of arbitration shall be retroactive only to the date that the Union raised the issue with the Home.

  • Tax Classification The Series shall elect to be treated as an association taxable as a corporation under Treasury Regulations Section 301.7701-3 with effect for each taxable period of its existence. The Series and each Member shall file all tax returns and shall otherwise take all tax and financial reporting positions in a manner consistent with such treatment. No election will be filed with the Internal Revenue Service (or the tax authorities of any State) to have the Series taxable other than as an association taxable as a corporation for income tax purposes.

This provision shall not be construed as a guarantee that such special classification(s) will be made available or continued.

  • Eligibility Changes Employees who become eligible for a full Employer Contribution must make their benefit elections within thirty (30) calendar days of becoming eligible. If employees do not choose a health plan administrator and a primary care clinic and do not waive coverage within this thirty (30) day timeframe, they will be enrolled in a Benefit Level Two clinic (or Level One, if available) that meets established access standards in the health plan with the largest number of Benefit Level One and Two clinics in the county of the employee’s residence at the beginning of the insurance year. If employees who become eligible for a partial Employer Contribution choose to enroll in insurance, they must do so within thirty (30) days of becoming eligible or during open enrollment. An employee may change their health or dental plan if the employee changes to a new permanent work or residence location and the employee's current plan is no longer available. If the employee has family coverage and if the new residence location is outside of the current plan’s service area, the employee shall be permitted to switch to a new plan administrator and new Benefit Level within thirty (30) days of the residence location change. The election change must be due to and correspond with the change in status. An employee who receives notification of a work location change between the end of an open enrollment period and the beginning of the next insurance year, may change their health or dental plan within thirty (30) days of the date of the relocation under the same provisions accorded during the last open enrollment period. An employee or retiree may also change health or dental plans in any other situation in which the Employer is required by the applicable federal or state law to allow a plan change.

  • Eligibility Criteria (i) Employees covered by this clause will be those who are unable to perform the range of duties to the competence level required within the class of work for which the employee is engaged under this Agreement, because of the effects of a disability on their productive capacity and who meet the impairment criteria for receipt of a Disability Support Pension.

  • Service Eligibility Criteria 4.3.4.1 High capacity EELs must comply with the following service eligibility requirements:

  • New Classifications If a new classification is created within the bargaining unit, the Employer agrees to meet with the Union and negotiate a rate of pay for this new classification. The requirements of each position will be documented by a Position Description developed by reference to the Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ), and classified into a salary grade consistent with the Position Description and classifications for corresponding job duties found throughout the USNH System and according to USNH policy and processed by the KSC Office of Human Resources.
