However, the Department reserves the right to award to one or multiple Responsive and Responsible Vendors, as described in section 5, or to make no award, as determined to be in the best interests of the State.

  • Performance Award You are hereby awarded, on the Grant Date, a Performance Award with a target value of [AMOUNT].
