ELIGIBILITY AND COMMITMENTS. 1.1 The Customer has elected to become a Subscriber to an Alliant Energy Community Solar Facility, identified on the enrollment form. Pursuant to the terms of this Contract, the Customer is purchasing a Subscription in, and becoming a Subscriber to, the applicable Alliant Energy Community Solar Facility(ies) described below. As a Subscriber and pursuant to this Contract, the Subscriber will be entitled to a Solar Production Credit proportional to the size of their Subscription. The Solar Production Bill Credit will vary based on the monthly generation output (kWh) of the applicable Alliant Energy Community Solar Facility. The Solar Production Credit shall be determined by Company’s current average embedded production cost per kWh currently recovered in retail rates, or at $0.056/kWh for commercial customers and $0.063/kWh for residential customers per kWh, whichever is higher.

Non-government schools make similar decisions for students on the basis of the resources available to them; within the meaning of the Corrections Act 1986 (Vic), a prisoner held at a prison, including: Xxxxxxx Correctional Centre (Ararat); Barwon Prison; Beechworth Correctional Centre; Dame Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Centre; Dhurringile Prison; Langi Kal Kal Prison; Loddon Prison Precinct; Marngoneet Correctional Centre; Tarrengower Prison; Metropolitan Remand Centre; Melbourne Assessment Prison; Fulham Correctional Centre; Port Xxxxxxx Prison; or Karrenga Annex; a person who is detained under the Mental Health Act 2014 (Vic), or the Crimes (Mental Impairment and Unfitness to be Tried) Act 1997 (Vic) or the Sentencing Act 1991 (Vic) at the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Hospital; or a person who is detained (other than on weekend detention) under the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic) or the Sentencing Act 1991 (Vic) or who is held on remand in one or more of the following youth justice facilities: Malmsbury Youth Justice Centre; Parkville Youth Residential Centre; or Melbourne Youth Justice Centre. The exclusions described in Clauses 2.4(b), (c) and (d) of this Schedule 1 do not apply to: young people on community based orders made under the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic); or individuals held in Xxxx Xxxxxxx Transition Centre, who, subject to otherwise complying with the requirements in this Clause 2, may be eligible for training subsidised through the Skills First Program as they are able to physically access training outside of a custodial setting without supervision.

  • Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion First Tier Participants:

  • Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion - Lower Tier Covered Transactions (a) The prospective lower tier participant certifies, by submission of this proposal, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or agency.
