Effective 2000-2001 Sample Clauses

Effective 2000-2001 counselors and psychologists shall be compensated for time beyond the normal work year at their daily rate of pay (Appendix D). Counselors and psychologists shall work four (4) days beyond the normal 186-day year; additional work days shall be prorated for part-time counselors and psychologists. Counselors and psychologists are not included in the Staff Development Days funding; however, they are included in section 6 below.

  • Executive Order Minimum Wage rate (1) The Recipient shall pay to workers, while performing in the United States, and performing on, or in connection with, this agreement, a minimum hourly wage rate of $10.10 per hour beginning January 1, 2015.

Contractor’s failure to meet the small business commitment set forth in its bid or proposal constitutes a breach of this Agreement. Contractor must within sixty (60) days of receiving final payment under this Agreement report to the JBE the actual percentage of small/micro business participation that was achieved. If Contractor is a nonprofit veteran service agency (“NVSA”), Contractor must employ veterans receiving services from the NVSA for not less than 75 percent of the person-hours of direct labor required for the production of goods and the provision of services performed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Annual Leave Loading (a) In addition to their ordinary pay, an employee, other than a shiftworker, will be paid an annual leave loading of 17.5% of their ordinary pay on a maximum of 152 hours/four weeks annual leave per annum.

  • Menu of Labour Adjustment Strategies Where a work force reduction is necessary, the following labour adjustment strategies will be considered, as applicable.

  • Rest Periods and Meal Breaks (a) All employees shall have two (2) fifteen (15) minute rest periods in each work period in excess of six (6) hours, one (1) rest period to be granted before and one (1) after the meal period, provided the staff to child ratio can be maintained. It is understood that meal breaks and rest periods may be combined subject to operational requirements.
