EFFECT ON VACATION/HOLIDAYS. Time off in excess of fourteen (14) days due to an approved leave of absence other than for sickness or injury shall not be accumula- tive for vacation purposes. All regular employees off the job due to illness or injury shall accu- mulate vacation rights and holiday pay beginning with the date of illness or injury and continuing to the end of the month and two (2) months thereafter.
