EDUCATION REIMBURSMENT. The County will provide education reimbursement for education costs incurred by regular employees who apply for such reimbursement in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the education reimbursement program. Effective the first pay period after approval of this MOU by the Board of Supervisors, the maximum reimbursement shall be fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500). The County will reimburse an employee, one time only for the cost of a County approved licensure preparation course. Reimbursement shall be paid upon submission of proof by the employee that the employee has earned the license.
