ECM Summaries. Provide summarized descriptions for each ECM, including the method of analysis utilized, supporting calculations (which may be submitted in appendices), results, proposed equipment, and implementation issues. Provide an economic analysis for each proposed ECM. Include in this Part all other information required by the Audit Agreement concerning proposed ECMs. Cost and Proposed Savings Estimates: Provide all information relied upon by ESP in developing estimated costs and Proposed Savings associated with each ECM. Identify any shortfalls or inherent limitations of estimates, assumptions, and calculations used in developing the estimated costs and Proposed Savings. Include in this Part all other information required to be provided by this Audit Agreement concerning estimated costs and Proposed Savings.

  • Copies of Reports So long as the Offered Certificates are outstanding, the Depositor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to each Underwriter (i) copies of each certification, the annual statements of compliance and the annual independent certified public accountants’ servicing reports furnished to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as soon as practicable after such statements and reports are furnished to the Certificate Administrator; (ii) copies of each amendment to any of the Basic Documents; and (iii) copies of all reports or other communications (financial or other) furnished to holders of the Offered Certificates, and copies of any reports and financial statements furnished to or filed with the Commission, any governmental or regulatory authority or any national securities exchange, all of which may be furnished by the posting thereof on the website of the Certificate Administrator.

  • Daily Job Reports 6.7.2.1 Developer shall maintain, at a minimum, at least one (1) set of Daily Job Reports on the Project. These must be prepared by Xxxxxxxxx's employee(s) who are present on Site, and must include, at a minimum, the following information:

  • Sales Reports On or before the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month after the First Month, Tenant shall submit to City a report (the “Sales Report”) showing all Gross Revenues achieved with respect to the prior month by location, segregated by each source or general type of article sold or service rendered. Such report shall be certified as being true and correct by Tenant and shall otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to Director. As described below, City shall have the right, in addition to all other rights herein, to impose a fine in the event Tenant shall fail to submit such Sales Report timely.

  • Monthly Status Reports 19.1.1 During the Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Project including its compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Program and Safety Requirements, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer or the Authority. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.
