Common use of E-Learning Days Clause in Contracts

E-Learning Days. Learning Days are instructional days for students regulated by the Illinois School Code. On these days, bargaining unit members will be assigned instructional duties and/or activities to complete by their program supervisor. These will be paid work days for bargaining unit members given they complete their assigned instructional duties and/or activities and provide required documentation to their program supervisor.
