Common use of E-Learning Days Clause in Contracts

E-Learning Days. Minnesota State Statute §120A.414 allows school districts to hold e-learning days due to inclement weather. The Superintendent of Schools has sole authority to call for an e-Learning day, as school district must meet a minimum number of instructional hours and instructional days each year. District 622 will utilize an e-Learning day once the district is at risk of falling below the required number of instructional hours and days. When an e-Learning day is utilized, it will be for the entire district, and the expectations are the District will follow MN Stat. §120A.414 and applicable changes.
