Common use of Duty Disability Clause in Contracts

Duty Disability. Depending on the individual' s single/family enrollment status during the time period of January 1, 2010, through December 31, 2011, the cost of coverage for individuals receiving a duty disability retirement allowance shall be as provided for in subsection 3.a. of this Article, above.

Duty Disability. Between August 1, 2010, and July 31, 2012 Depending on the individual' s single/family enrollment status during the time period of January 1, 2010, through December 31, 2011for a calendar year, the cost of coverage for individuals receiving a duty disability retirement allowance shall be as provided for in subsection 3.a. of this Article, above.
