Duty Day Hours. The duty day for a school Administrator shall be a minimum of 8.0 hours a day excluding lunch. School business meetings involving lunch, breakfast or dinner shall be considered part of the minimum 8.0-hour day requirement. Administrators attending parent-teacher conference evenings will be credited at the same rate as teachers, so that two conference evenings equal one contract day.

Duty Day Hours. The duty day consists of 8 hours. Administrative staff will specify a report and leave time. For the 2019-2020 school year, teacher will report to work by 7:45 a.m. and may leave the district at 3:45 p.m.

  • Duty Hours 11.01 The regular work week for all employees shall be eighty (80) hours bi-weekly on shifts of eight (8) hours per day. Employees shall not be scheduled to work double shifts as a part of the normal scheduling procedure. The Employer may implement a forty (40) hour workweek on shifts of ten (10) hours per day, according to Departmental needs.

All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered as "time worked" for purposes of this Article. Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.

  • Standard Hours (1) Except as otherwise provided, the standard workweek shall consist of five consecutive days from Monday to Friday, inclusive.

  • Normal Hours This article defines what normal working hours will be and is a guarantee that employees will be paid for all of the time that they are required by management to remain on the job.

  • Weekdays All work performed outside of the designated shift Monday through Friday shall be paid at time and one-half (1-1/2) the straight-time hourly wage rate.

  • Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.
