Group, Unit or Team Leader Whenever an employee is assigned additional responsibility to direct, supervise or oversee work of employees within her or his classification, and/or be assigned overall responsibility for patient care on the unit, xxxx, or area, for a tour of duty, the employee shall be paid a premium of seventy cents (70¢) per hour in addition to her or his regular salary and applicable premium allowance.

CONFLICT OR DISCREPANCY If there is any conflict or discrepancy between any provision added to this Agreement and any provision in the standard pre-set portion hereof, the added provision shall supersede the standard pre-set provision to the extent of such conflict or discrepancy. CALAMITY DAYS A. All bargaining unit members shall be paid their appropriate rate of pay for all days or parts of a day when the school in which they are employed is closed due to an epidemic or other public calamity.
ON THE JOB INJURIES An employee who suffers a work-related illness or injury must report that illness or injury to his or her supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours, unless the employee is prevented by incapacity from doing so. If the illness or injury is one for which time-loss payments are provided through the workers’ compensation system, the employee may choose to receive only such time-loss payment, or may choose to use paid leave in combination with workers’ compensation benefits as follows:
ON-THE-JOB INJURY (a) If an employee is injured to such an extent that they are obliged to cease work, their wages will continue for the balance of the day on which the injury occurred.
No Relationship Landlord shall in no event be construed for any purpose to be a partner, joint venturer or associate of Tenant or of any subtenant, operator, concessionaire or licensee of Tenant with respect to the Property or any of the Other Leased Properties or otherwise in the conduct of their respective businesses.
Snow Days If an employee, after good faith efforts, is unable to report to work for their scheduled duty period because of weather conditions, the employee may utilize paid time off.
