DUTIES OF HOUSE MANAGER/DIRECTOR. 1. CONTRACTOR shall 19 provide an alcohol and drug-free living environment for Participants. CONTRACTOR shall have staff 20 performing the duties of house manager and/or director, who shall reside at the Sober Living facility, or 21 shall be present at a minimum, between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. weekdays, and 12:00 A.M. 22 and 6:00 A.M. weekends and holidays. Whenever CONTRACTOR’s house manager and/or director is 23 not present at the facility, a designated facility staff person shall be on-call to respond, and arrive at the 24 facility within twenty (20) minutes of being summoned. The CONTRACTOR shall post the contact 25 telephone number to contact saidof designated on-call staff designee shall be posted by CONTRACTOR 26 immediately upon the absence of XXXXXXXXXX’s house manager and/or director at the facility.
