Duration of Undertakings. Unless otherwise stated in this Article IV, all of the Company’s undertakings, obligations and responsibilities set forth in Article IV of this Agreement shall remain in effect for so long as any Securities remain outstanding.
Duration of Undertakings. The undertakings in this Clause 12 shall remain in force from the date of this Agreement to the end of the Security Period.
Duration of Undertakings. The Borrower shall comply with the undertakings contained in this Clause 17 which shall remain in force from the date of this Agreement to the end of the Security Period.
Duration of Undertakings. The undertakings in this Clause 22 shall continue for so long as any sum remains payable or capable of becoming payable under the Senior Finance Documents.
Duration of Undertakings. The Account Party shall comply with the undertakings contained in this Clause 13 which shall remain in force from the date of this Agreement to the end of the Security Period.
Duration of Undertakings. Each Obligor undertakes to each Finance Party in the terms of this clause 20 from the date of this agreement until all amounts outstanding under the Senior Finance Documents have been discharged and no Finance Party has any further Commitment or obligations under the Senior Finance Documents.
Duration of Undertakings. The Company shall use its best efforts, including the actions described in this Article 13, to make available to the Holders all of the benefits of any SEC rules or regulations that may permit the Holders to sell their Registrable Securities to the public without Registration for so long as the Holders hold Registrable Securities.
Duration of Undertakings. The Borrower undertakes to EIB in the terms of the following provisions of this Clause 8, such undertakings to commence on the date of this Agreement and to continue for so long as any sum is outstanding under the Loan or this Agreement.
Duration of Undertakings. The undertakings in this Clause 20 remain in force from the date of this Agreement until the earlier of (a) the date which is 54 Months after this Agreement and (b) the date upon which all Bonds have been repaid or prepaid.
Duration of Undertakings. Each Borrower shall comply with the undertakings contained in this Clause 15 in respect of its Vessel at all times from the Delivery Date of such Vessel until the end of the Security Period.
