Moreover, if the service provider is at fault in situations of conflicts of interest, the contracting authority has the right to terminate the contract. The termination of the contract under the conditions mentioned above does not entitle to any indemnity.

After this initial term, this public contract may be renewed every year by the contracting authority by registered letter sent at least one month prior to the contract renewal date. The renewal will be made as per the terms and conditions of the initial Tender Specifications. Should the contract not be renewed, the contractor cannot claim damages.
