Common use of Duration of Insurance Contribution Clause in Contracts

Duration of Insurance Contribution. An employee is eligible for monthly District contributions as provided in Article 11 as long as the employee is employed by the District. Upon termination of employment, all District participation and contribution shall cease on the last day of the month in which the employee terminated.
