Common use of Duration of Insurance Contribution Clause in Contracts

Duration of Insurance Contribution. A teacher is eligible for School District contribution toward insurance coverage as provided in this article as long as the teacher is employed by the School District, except as provided for in ARTICLE VII, Section 12., Subd. 5., upon termination of employment, all District contributions shall continue through the summer months except in cases when termination is prior to fulfillment of individual teaching contract.
