Duration of Chief Financial Officer Position. The Company and Employee hereby agree that Employee will cease serving in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer to the Company upon the earlier of: (i) the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer or Interim Chief Financial Officer (the “Successor CFO”); (ii) the filing of the 2006 10K; or (iii) March 15, 2007 (collectively the “Change of Position Events”).

  • Chief Financial Officer The Chief Financial Officer shall, under the direction of the Member, Board of Managers and Chief Executive Officer, perform all duties incident to the office of Chief Financial Officer and shall have such powers and discharge such duties as may be assigned to him or her, from time to time, by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Managers or the Member.
