Discretionary Practices. (a) Full details in writing are set out in the Disclosure Letter of all discretionary practices under each Pension Scheme which is a Defined Benefit Scheme and each Phi Scheme and the current terms applicable on early retirement, late retirement, commutation, optional dependant’s pension and other optional arrangements under each Pension Scheme.
