UK Group definition

UK Group means the UK Borrower and its Subsidiaries.
UK Group means the UK Company and the Subsidiaries, details of which are set out in Schedule 7 (Basic Information about the Subsidiaries);
UK Group means a Group whose head is a body corporate (excluding LLPs) incorporated in the UK.
