Santander UK Group Holdings is a holding company that currently has no significant assets other than its investment in Santander UK and its other subsidiaries within the Group.
As a holder of ordinary shares in such subsidiaries, Santander UK Group Holdings’ right to participate in the assets of its subsidiaries in the event of a liquidation of a subsidiary will be subject to the prior claims of such subsidiary’s creditors and preference shareholders.
