UK Group definition

UK Group means the UK Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

UK Group means each member of the group of companies comprising the Company and each Transferred Subsidiary which is resident in the United Kingdom for the purposes of United Kingdom corporation tax or which carries on a trade through a permanent establishment in the United Kingdom.

UK Group means BN Midco Limited and each of its direct or indirect Subsidiaries.
