Common use of Discontinuance of Service Clause in Contracts

Discontinuance of Service. Each Party reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in the event of prohibited, unlawful or improper use of facilities or service pursuant to regulatory or legal authorities, for which it is purchasing services or in the event of nonpayment for services in accordance with Attachment 7 of this Agreement.
