CLEC Certification. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, CenturyLink shall have no obligation to perform under this Agreement until such time as CLEC has obtained such FCC and Commission authorization(s) as may be required by Applicable Law for conducting business in the State as a competitive local exchange carrier. CLEC shall not be permitted to establish its account nor place any orders under this Agreement until it has obtained such authorization and provided proof of such to CenturyLink. For the life of this Agreement, CLEC must represent and warrant to CenturyLink that it remains a certified local provider of Telephone Exchange Service within CenturyLink’s Local Calling Area(s) in the State. At any time during the life of this Agreement, CLEC will provide a copy of its current Certificate of Operating Authority or other evidence of its status to CenturyLink upon request. CLEC’s failure to maintain such authorization(s) as may be required by Applicable Law for conducting business in the State as a CLEC shall be considered a Default of Agreement.

CLEC Certification. 1.1 TWTC agrees to provide AT&T in writing TWTC’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to AT&T filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.
CLEC Certification. 1.1 <<customer_name>> agrees to provide BellSouth in writing the certificate number or docket number, for the docket pending certification, for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate commission for approval.
CLEC Certification. 1.1 Image Access agrees to provide BellSouth in writing Image Access’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.
CLEC Certification. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, BA shall have no obligation to perform under this Agreement until such time as Level 3 has obtained a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) or such other Commission authorization as may be required by law as a condition for conducting business in Pennsylvania as a local exchange carrier.
CLEC Certification. 1.1 Prior to execution of this Agreement, CCI agrees to provide XxxxXxxxx in writing CCI’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate Commission for approval.
CLEC Certification. 1.1 Choice Telephone Company agrees to provide BellSouth in writing the certificate number or docket number, for the docket pending certification, for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky prior to BellSouth filing this Agreement with the appropriate commission for approval.
CLEC Certification. 2.1 Prior to execution of this Agreement, CUSTOMER agrees to provide AT&T in writing CUSTOMER’s CLEC certification for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky. Should CUSTOMER’s certification in any state be rescinded or otherwise terminated, AT&Tmay, at its election, terminate this Agreement immediately and all monies owed on all outstanding invoices shall become due, or AT&Tmay refuse to provide Services hereunder in that state until certification is reinstated in that state. CUSTOMER shall provide proof of authority to do business, issued by the Secretary of State, or equivalent authority, in each state covered by this Agreement.
CLEC Certification. 1.1 Talk America has provided to BellSouth in writing the certificate number or docket number, for the docket pending certification, for all states covered by this Agreement except Kentucky.
