DISCIPLINARY AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. 14.1 Any disciplinary matters affecting the Executive will be dealt with by the Chairman. There are no specific disciplinary rules affecting the Executive. Should the Executive wish to appeal against any disciplinary decision he should submit his appeal in writing to the Board whose decision on such appeal shall be final.
