DISCHARGE AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE. 8:01 Before any employee is discharged for cause, the Chairman of the Grievance Committee shall be notified, and the employee will be given the opportunity to consult with his/her Xxxxxxx or other Union Officer before leaving the premises. Any grievance in a discharge case shall be filed at Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure within five (5) working days of the discharge.
