DIRECTORY SERVICES ARRANGEMENTS. Subject to Section 11.0 and upon request, BA will provide directory services to Level 3 in accordance with the terms set forth herein. In this Section 19, references to a Level 3 Customer’s “primary listing” shall mean such Customer’s primary name, address, and telephone number, which number falls within the NXX codes directly assigned to Level 3 or is retained by Level 3 on the Customer’s behalf pursuant to Number Portability arrangements with BA or any other carrier within the geographic area covered in the relevant BA directory.
DIRECTORY SERVICES ARRANGEMENTS. Subject to the conditions set forth in Part II, Section 1.7, and upon SPRINT’s written request, VERIZON will provide directory services to SPRINT in accordance with the terms set forth herein.

In this Section 19 of this Agreement, references to GNAPS customer telephone numbers means telephone numbers falling within NXX codes directly assigned to GNAPS and to numbers which are retained by GNAPS on the customer’s behalf pursuant to Interim Telephone Number Portability arrangements described in Section 14.0 of this Agreement.

DIRECTORY SERVICES ARRANGEMENTS. BA-RI will provide certain directory services to Cox as defined herein. In this Section (19.0) of this Agreement, references to Cox Customer telephone numbers means telephone numbers falling within NXX codes directly assigned to Cox and to numbers which are retained by Cox on the Customer’s behalf pursuant to Interim Telecommunications Number Portability arrangements described in Section 13.0 of this Agreement.
