Device Expectations. Students will: Return the device when requested and/or upon withdrawal from Lafayette School Corporation. Practice appropriate digital citizenship. This includes getting permission from others to be photographed or recorded. Using the digital device for purposes that are disrespectful will be addressed through the school discipline code. Keep the device in their sole possession. Lending the device to others is not an option. Maintain the functionality of the devices as issued. Loading apps or programs that interfere with educational process or that are inappropriate for a school device may be addressed through the school discipline code. LSC reserves the right to require students to remove apps/software that are inappropriate or interfere with the learning process. Keep all apps, programs, files, or profiles that have been created or organized by LSC in their original format. Alteration of the device interferes with the educational environment. Maintain the appearance of the device as issued. Placing any labels, stickers, or any other decorations on the device or district-issued case is not allowable.

  • Performance Expectations The Charter School’s performance in relation to the indicators, measures, metrics and targets set forth in the CPF shall provide the basis upon which the SCSC will decide whether to renew the Charter School’s Charter Contract at the end of the charter term. This section shall not preclude the SCSC from considering other relevant factors in making renewal decisions.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Net Metering If you generate electricity from a renewable generating facility to offset your electricity consumption and/or use net metering at any time during the term of this Agreement, you must notify Starion.

  • Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF 000.XX, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter. The ratios of the CTs and VTs will be provided by Connecting Transmission Owner upon its review of the Interconnection Customer’s design documents. (Note: Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering CTs and VTs cannot be used to feed the Interconnection Customer’s check meter.) SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2556

  • Outcomes Secondary: Career pathway students will: have career goals designated on SEOP, earn concurrent college credit while in high school, achieve a state competency certificate and while completing high school graduation requirements.
