Service Exclusions definition

Service Exclusions means the services that are not covered under these Service Level Terms.
Service Exclusions means problems or issues that QUMU will be excluded from providing help to CUSTOMER via QUMU's Support Services to resolve.
Service Exclusions. The following services are not included in the Subscription or Standard Support Services which Infinite may provide under our standard hourly rate: (a) development of new and/or missing functionality, customized features, configuration and integration; (b) training on Infinite architecture, navigation and usage; (c) out-of-hours or shared session support services; d) support at Subscriber’s premises or any other premises at standard hourly rate, travel time, and living expenses; (e) assistance with resolution of exceptions preventing compilation of subscriber’s applications or usage of database features; and (f) assistance with of incorrect use of Infinite or operator error.

Service Exclusions means all tasks, Replacement Parts and/or Consumables which are excluded from the scope of this Agreement, as specifically recorded in Schedule B (if any);

  • Classroom exclusion means the exclusion of a student from a classroom or instructional or activity area for behavioral violations, subject to the requirements of WAC 392-400-330 and 392-400-335. Classroom exclusion does not include action that results in missed instruction for a brief duration when:

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements.
