Common use of Developmental Opportunity Clause in Contracts

Developmental Opportunity. In order to qualify for a developmental opportunity, an employee must be able to achieve the minimum qualification of the position within the timeframe of the developmental opportunity. The person accepting the developmental opportunity will remain at their current level of pay. There will be no change in the performance appraisal date.
