Development Working Group. The federations shall appoint a development working group to conduct a broadly-based review of the developmental options and needs of the industry. The working group shall promote projects that support employment, skills and enterprise competitiveness in the sector. Structural changes and the business cycle pose special problems for improving enterprise productivity and industry skills. The working group will focus on: - working together to improve the productivity, operating conditions and environment of businesses, - forecasting the needs for an industry to change, assessing impacts and taking possible measures accordingly, - lobbying public authorities and businesses to promote the joint employment and training policy objectives of the federations, - assessing and improving financial training for shop stewards. Development Working Group. (a) The Parties acknowledge that they have constituted a working group, prior to the effective date of this Agreement, with the purpose of contributing to the implementation of the commitments established in this Item (hereinafter referred to as the “Development Working Group”). (b) The Parties acknowledge and agree to the following: i. Each Party shall appoint an incumbent member and his pertinent replacement to form the Development Working Group, who shall have qualifications, experience, and decision-making ability sufficient to ensure the smooth flow and effectiveness of the Group’s work. ii. The Development Working Group shall have general competence in the development subjects and the resources agreed by the Parties. For the purposes of considering specific matters, subgroups may be created, which shall be made up of the institutions and suitable persons that the Parties deem appropriate to call on in each case. iii. The Development Working Group shall prepare a work plan before the Longstop Date of Phase 2 that shall include follow-up and compliance mechanisms, as well as objectives and indicators to be monitored every six months.

The economic recession poses special problems for improving enterprise produc- tivity and industry skills. The working group will focus on: - working together to improve enterprise productivity, operating conditions and environment, - improving vocational training of young people and employees with respect to aspects such as content, appeal and availability, - influencing public authorities and enterprises to im- prove and make use of training opportunities under circumstances of low employment, and - improving the operating methods and principles of the working community and the working environment.

  • Development Work The Support Standards do not include development work either (i) on software not licensed from CentralSquare or (ii) development work for enhancements or features that are outside the documented functionality of the Solutions, except such work as may be specifically purchased and outlined in Exhibit 1. CentralSquare retains all Intellectual Property Rights in development work performed and Customer may request consulting and development work from CentralSquare as a separate billable service.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection ▇▇▇▇▇; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Working Group 1. The Parties hereby establish a Working Group on Temporary Entry for Business Persons, which shall meet at least once every 3 years or on request of the Free Trade Commission to consider any matter arising under this Chapter. 2.
