Development of Crisis Intervention Team. 1. VPD will work with the Evaluator to develop a Crisis Intervention Team Training (CIT) first-responder model of community-based crisis intervention with community, health care, and advocacy partnerships to assist individuals with behavioral health disabilities and individuals who are in crisis. VPD will work with the Evaluator to implement the CIT model dependent upon available resources including county participation and volunteer and/or funding availability. VPD will work with the Evaluator to attempt to identify and pursue funding resources.

  • Program Development NWESD agrees that priority in the development of new applications services by XXXXX shall be in accordance with the expressed direction of the XXXXX Board of Directors operating under their bylaws.

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of at least two (2) representatives of the Association and an equal number of representatives from the Hospital. Each party may have alternates to replace a member from time to time.
