Design Approval Submission Requirements. All drawings submitted for design approval shall contain all of the necessary information and be prepared to a level suitable for building permit application to the satisfaction of the Municipality. All drawings must be to scale, clear and legible. It is preferred that all drawings and required documentation be submitted electronically in PDF format. Half-scaled reductions are preferred to full size drawings (typically formatted to fit on tabloid (11x17) paper size). Applications are to be submitted as complete sets only (drawings and application form), even if revisions are made to a single drawing. Refer to Appendix E for a description of items required for submission. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed and may be returned as incomplete.
