Deputies of the Supervisory Board Chairman. From among its members, the supervisory board of BASF SE shall elect a chairman and two deputy chairmen for the duration of their term of office on the supervisory board. One of the deputy chairmen shall be elected at the proposal of the Employee Representatives. 6 Clause 6.4 inserted based on the Supplementary Agreement signed between the company management and the BASF Europa Betriebsrat on November 25, 2015.

  • Vice Chairperson The Vice Chairperson shall act in place of the Chairperson in the event of the Chairperson’s absence, inability, or refusal to act, and shall exercise and discharge such other duties as may be required by the Committee.
