DEPOSIT ITEM REQUIREMENTS. Member agrees to scan and deposit only checks drawn on financial institutions within the United States. Each image must provide all information on the front and back of the original check at the time presented to Member by the drawer, including, but not limited to, information about the drawer and the paying bank that is preprinted on the original check, MICR information, check number, amount, date, signature(s), any required identification written on the front of the original check and any endorsements applied to the back of the original check. The image quality must meet the standards established by the American National Standards Institute, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and any other regulatory agency, clearing house or association. Endorsements must be made on the back of the share draft or check within 1½ inches from the top edge, although we may accept endorsements outside this space. Your endorsement must include “FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT TO SECURITY CU” followed by your signature and account number. Any loss we incur from a delay or processing error resulting from an irregular endorsement or other markings by you will be your responsibility. A check payable to two payees must be endorsed by both payees. If the check is payable to you or your joint owner, either of you can endorse it. If the check is made payable to you and your joint owner, both of you must endorse the check.

  • Deposit Requirements Funds may be deposited to any account in any manner approved by the Credit Union in accordance with the requirements set forth in the “Rate Addendum and Schedule of Fees and Charges.” All accounts are non- assignable and nonnegotiable to third parties. Certificate accounts are governed by the terms of this Agreement, the terms of the “Rate Addendum and Schedule of Fees and Charges,” and the terms and disclosures on your certificate account receipt for each account, which is incorporated herein by this reference.

  • System Requirements Apple Software is supported only on Apple-branded hardware that meets specified system requirements as indicated by Apple.

  • PJM Requirements The DS Supplier acknowledges and agrees that, as a member of PJM, the Company is bound by all PJM operating instructions, policies and procedures as are currently set forth in the PJM Operating Manual, which are available through the Internet on the PJM Home Page (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx), as may be revised from time to time, which are needed to maintain the integrity of the PJM system. The DS Supplier acknowledges and agrees that it will cooperate with the Company so that the Company will be in compliance with all PJM Emergency Operations Procedures, which include, but are not limited to, those procedures pertaining to minimum and maximum generation Emergencies, and measures requiring involuntary Customer participation, such as supply voltage reduction or full interruption of Customer load by either manual or automatic means.

  • Minimum Requirements Consultant shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Consultant, its agents, representatives, employees or subconsultants. Consultant shall also require all of its subconsultants to procure and maintain the same insurance for the duration of the Agreement. Such insurance shall meet at least the following minimum levels of coverage:

  • W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9. The purpose of the W-9 form is to document the SS# or FEIN# per the IRS. Note: W-9s submitted for any other entity name other than the Grantee’s will not be accepted.

  • DATA ESCROW REQUIREMENTS Registry Operator will engage an independent entity to act as data escrow agent (“Escrow Agent”) for the provision of data escrow services related to the Registry Agreement. The following Technical Specifications set forth in Part A, and Legal Requirements set forth in Part B, will be included in any data escrow agreement between Registry Operator and the Escrow Agent, under which ICANN must be named a third-­‐party beneficiary. In addition to the following requirements, the data escrow agreement may contain other provisions that are not contradictory or intended to subvert the required terms provided below.

  • Match Requirements There is no match required on the part of the Grantee under this Agreement.

  • Program Requirements A. The parties shall comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements established in 49 CFR Part 26.
