Demonstration Programs. The demonstration provides health care benefits to eligible individuals and families through the following specific programs. The demonstration program for which an individual is eligible is based on the criteria outlined in Table A of section IV of the STCs. Table B in STC 37, provides a side-by-side analysis of the benefits offered through these MassHealth programs.

Demonstration Programs. With the RHS Administrator’s approval, funds may be used to construct demonstra- tion housing involving innovative units and systems which do not meet exist- ing published standards, rules, regula- tions, or policies but meet the intent of providing affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary rural housing, and are con- sistent with the requirements of Title V of the Housing Act of 1949.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses.   • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.
