Delegation to State Street as Foreign Custody Manager. Each Fund, by resolution adopted by its Board, hereby delegates to State Street, subject to Section (b) of Rule 17f-5, the responsibilities set forth in this Section 3.2 with respect to Foreign Assets of the Portfolios held outside the United States, and State Street hereby accepts such delegation as Foreign Custody Manager with respect to the Portfolios.

  • Reports to Administrator Each Series shall furnish or otherwise make available to the Administrator such copies of that Series's Prospectus, SAI, financial statements, proxy statements, reports, and other information relating to its business and affairs as the Administrator may, at any time or from time to time, reasonably require in order to discharge its obligations under this Agreement.
