Degree Incentives and Awards. Employees who, in accordance with College policy, receive an academic degree more advanced than that which they already possess, shall receive a one-time salary adjustment of five hundred dollars ($500) added to their base pay rate, for each such advanced degree obtained, or such higher amount as provided by College Policy.
