Definition of Leave Days. A. Leave days shall be defined as the number of hours in the employee’s average scheduled workday. Average scheduled workday shall be defined as a total number of scheduled work hours in one (1) day, divided by five (5) days.

  • Definition of Layoff A layoff shall be defined as a reduction in the work force or a reduction in the regular hours of work as defined in this Agreement.
