Definition of Bargaining Unit. For purposes of this MOU, the bargaining unit exclusively represented by the Union includes all full-time and part-time non-teaching exempt employees, including probationary employees but excluding contingent and contractual employees, employed by the University whose classifications are incorporated into the formal Certification issued by the Maryland State Higher Education Labor Relations Board on January 31, 2002.
