Definition of Bargaining Unit. The College hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative for all employees in the bargaining unit, described as follows: All office clerical employees including secretaries, bookkeepers, cashiers, clerks, machine operators, receptionists, and typists, but EXCLUDING supervisors, student assistants, on-call employees, confidential employees (for example, Executive Assistant to the Associate Vice President- Human Resources, administrative support to the President). Position titles for this bargaining unit are contained in Appendix A. Classroom proctoring is not bargaining unit work.
