Union Notification The Union shall be notified of all appointments, hirings, layoffs, transfers, recalls and terminations of employment.
REPORTING - NOTIFICATION Reports, Evaluations, and Reviews required under this §8 shall be in accordance with the procedures of and in such form as prescribed by the State and in accordance with §19, if applicable.

Written Notification Failing settlement at this level, the Union shall in writing notify the Employer of the alleged discrepancy and the names of the employees involved, and the period of time that such discrepancy is claimed to cover. Recall Notification Notice of recall shall be sent to the bargaining unit member by certified mail. The City shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation by mailing the recall notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the last address provided by the bargaining unit member.
Breach Notification a. In the event of a Breach of unsecured PHI or disclosure that compromises the privacy or security of PHI obtained from DSHS or involving DSHS clients, Business Associate will take all measures required by state or federal law.
Notification Procedures To address non-compliance, the receiving Competent Authority would notify the providing Competent Authority pursuant to Article 5 of the IGA. The notification procedures would differ depending upon whether the receiving Competent Authority seeks to address administrative or other minor errors or significant non-compliance.
Unauthorized Access Notification LEA shall notify Provider promptly of any known or suspected unauthorized access. LEA will assist Provider in any efforts by Provider to investigate and respond to any unauthorized access.
