Defects Notification. The Buyer shall notify the Seller of alleged defects in or related to the Products or Services (including, but not limited to, incorrect or insufficient deliveries) in writing and without delay. Such notice shall no longer be deemed “without delay” when it is not given within ten (10) business days; this deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the notice is posted within this period.
