DEDUCTION OF UNION DUES. 8.01 The Employer shall deduct from the wages of each employee, such Union dues, initiation fees and assessments as are authorized by the Union. The Employer further agrees to deduct the Union dues automatically from the wages of new or rehired employees' first pay.
