DEDUCTION OF UNION DUES. 4.01 The Company agrees to deduct from the wages of each employee, such Union dues, initiation fees and assessments as are authorized by the Union. The Company further agrees to deduct the Union dues automatically from the wages of new or rehired employees’ first and subsequent pay.
