DEDUCTION OF UNION DUES. 5.01 The Employer agrees to the deduction of all Union Dues, Assessments, Initiation Fees, and written assignments of amounts equal to Union Dues.

DEDUCTION OF UNION DUES. 5.01 4.01 The Employer agrees to deduct from the deduction wages of all each employee, initiation fees, Union Dues, Assessments, Initiation Feesdues, and written assignments assessments that are authorized by a regular and proper vote of amounts equal the membership of the Union. The Employer further agrees, automatically, to deduct Union Duesdues from the wages of new employees.
