Common use of Deduction of Dues Clause in Contracts

Deduction of Dues. 5.1 The Company shall deduct on each pay period of the month wages due and payable to each employee occupying a position coming within the scope of this Collective Agreement an amount equivalent to the uniform monthly dues of the CAW subject to the conditions and exceptions set forth hereunder.
