  • All Employees to be Members ‌ All employees of the Employer, as a condition of continuing employment, shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union, according to the Constitution and By-Laws of the Union. All future employees of the Employer shall, as a condition of continued employment, become and remain members in good standing in the Union from the date of hire.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually.   • Employee Compensation The wages, salaries and other compensation paid to employees who will be employed for the benefit of the Project, and to others who perform special services for the benefit of the Project, to the extent not otherwise paid through a Cash Management System, shall be paid by Owner from a Project Account pursuant to this Section 9.2.

  • New Mexico Employees Health Coverage A. If Contractor has, or grows to, six (6) or more employees who work, or who are expected to work, an average of at least 20 hours per week over a six (6) month period during the term of the contract, Contractor certifies, by signing this agreement, to have in place, and agrees to maintain for the term of the contract, health insurance for its New Mexico Employees and offer that health insurance to its New Mexico Employees if the expected annual value in the aggregate of any and all contracts between Contractor and the State exceeds $250,000 dollars.
