Data Sharing and Reporting. 11.1 The Partner will provide, or arrange to be provided through the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) provider, usage data reports on a semi-annual basis for the five year useful life (10 total reports). For each EVSE unit installed under this agreement, the following information, in summary form, will be required:

Data Sharing and Reporting. This Protocol provides for data sharing, including information resource management development, support and security at a minimum annual transmittal of all site forms and project reports for all Section 106 and Section 110 activities. The BLM maintains a Cultural Resources Geodatabase in a Geographic Information System (GIS) program in accordance with Section 112(2) of the NHPA. The geodatabase shall be updated, as data are available, with newly recorded and re-recorded resource and investigation data. Initiatives shall be undertaken to input cultural resource data as funding allows. The BLM and the SHPOs shall jointly work to implement the electronic submission of records for tracking agency actions, using the documentation and submittal standards that may be specified in a supplemental agreement. The BLM and the SHPOs will work together to insure the program meets the BLM and the SHPOs needs for data sharing and access as allowed for under applicable policy and law. Initiatives shall be undertaken to develop agreements whereby the BLM will work to input and share Cultural Resource data developed by the agency pursuant to Section 106 and Section 110 of the NHPA with the Cultural and Historic Resources Information System (XXXXX) and Nevada Cultural Resource Information System (NVCRIS). Depending on the exact nature of data sharing agreements and the participation of other agencies, these may be appended to this Protocol as a supplement amendment process described in Stipulation 16.3 or may be made up stand- alone agreements.

In addition, the Subadvisor shall maintain such other records relating to the services the Subadvisor provides under this Agreement as may be required in the future by applicable SEC and other applicable rules, and shall retain such information for such times and in such manner as required by applicable rules, including but not limited to Rule 31a-2 under the 1940 Act. The records maintained by the Subadvisor hereunder shall be the property of the Fund and shall be surrendered promptly upon request; subject, however, to the Subadvisor's right to retain all such records as the Subadvisor is required to maintain under the Advisers Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder; provided, further, that the Fund shall be entitled to make and maintain copies of any records so retained by request.
