With regard to the tasks assigned in this Agreement, Institution and Sponsor agree that they act as independent controllers according to Applicable Data Protection Laws when processing personal data of Subjects, so that the Institution has the status of processor and the Company has the status of controller of personal data Institution’s and Sponsor’s respective roles and responsibilities as processor/controller are addressed in the Protocol and in the informed consent form.   • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
