Common use of Damage to Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Damage to Vehicle. The Employer shall pay the cost of damage done to an Employee’s vehicle if the damage is caused by the behavior of a supported person. The Employer shall pay the cost of damage done to an Employee’s personal property including but not limited to clothing (to a maximum of $100.00) and eyeglasses (to maximum of $600.00) Upon request, the Employee will provide the Employer with three (3) estimates.
