If more than one vehicle is covered by this insurance, we will assess the no claim bonus as if each vehicle was insured separately. Providing there have been no prejudicial claim(s) in the current period of insurance; we will give you a further years no claim bonus discount, as long as the insurance has been in force for 12 consecutive months. The price of your insurance policy may increase following an accident even if you were not at fault. You cannot transfer your no claim bonus to another person. If your policy includes Protected No Claims Bonus, this will be shown on your schedule. Note: The No Claims Bonus scale, ‘step-back’ rules and any Protected No Claims Bonus requirements are contained in the documentation you received when purchasing this insurance. Changing or adding a vehicle to this insurance If you change the vehicle covered by this insurance or need cover for an extra vehicle (including a temporary vehicle), please contact your broker to discuss your requirements. If cover is agreed, your broker will let you know about any change in premium and arrange for a new set of policy documents to be issued. Emergency medical treatment Any payments we make for emergency medical treatment will not affect your no claim bonus.

  • Commission and Other Charges Before you begin to trade, you should obtain a clear explanation of all commission, fees and other charges for which you will be liable. These charges will affect your net profit (if any) or increase your loss.

  • Taxes and Other Charges Borrower shall pay all Taxes and Other Charges now or hereafter levied or assessed or imposed against the Property or any part thereof prior to the date the same shall become delinquent; provided, however, Bxxxxxxx’s obligation to directly pay Taxes shall be suspended for so long as Borrower complies with the terms and provisions of Section 7.2 hereof. Upon Lxxxxx’s written request therefor from time to time, Borrower shall furnish to Lender receipts for the payment of Taxes and Other Charges prior to the date same shall become delinquent (provided, however, Borrower is not required to furnish such receipts for payment of Taxes in the event that such Taxes have been paid by Lender pursuant to Section 7.2 hereof). Except for any Permitted Encumbrances, Borrower shall not suffer and shall cause to be paid and discharged any Lien or charge whatsoever which may be or become a Lien or charge against the Property, and shall pay for all utility services provided to the Property prior to the date the same shall become delinquent. After prior written notice to Lender, Borrower, at Borrower’s own expense, may contest by appropriate legal proceeding, promptly initiated and conducted in good faith and with due diligence, the amount or validity or application in whole or in part of any Taxes or Other Charges, provided that (i) no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing; (ii) such proceeding shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable statutes, laws and ordinances; (iii) neither the Property nor any part thereof or interest therein will be in danger of being sold, forfeited, terminated, cancelled or lost as a result of such contest; (iv) Borrower shall promptly upon final determination thereof pay the amount of any such Taxes or Other Charges, together with all costs, interest and penalties which may be payable in connection therewith; and (v) Borrower shall furnish such security as may be required in the proceeding, or as may be reasonably requested by Lxxxxx, to insure the payment of any such Taxes or Other Charges, together with all interest and penalties thereon. Lender may pay over any such cash deposit or part thereof held by Lxxxxx to the claimant entitled thereto at any time when, in the judgment of Lender, the entitlement of such claimant is established or the Property (or part thereof or interest therein) shall be in danger of being sold, forfeited, terminated, cancelled or lost or there shall be any danger of the Lien of the Security Instrument being primed by any related Lien.

  • Fees and Other Charges (a) The Borrower will pay a fee on all outstanding Letters of Credit at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Margin then in effect with respect to Eurodollar Loans under the Revolving Facility, shared ratably among the Revolving Lenders and payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date. In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account a fronting fee of 0.25% per annum on the undrawn and unexpired amount of each Letter of Credit, payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date.

  • Fees Taxes and Other Charges You will timely pay all fees due and owing to Viasat, including without limitation, the activation fee, monthly service fee, fees for repair or replacement of damaged Equipment, and any additional fees set forth in the Product Addendum (collectively, the “Service Fees”) for the Service. You agree to pay all applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges related to your use of the Service, provision of Services, software or hardware or the use of the Service by others at the designated installation location.

  • Rent and Other Charges Base Rent, Taxes, Operating Expenses, and any other amounts which Tenant is or becomes obligated to pay Landlord under this Lease or other agreement entered into in connection herewith, are sometimes herein referred to collectively as "Rent," and all remedies applicable to the non-payment of Rent shall be applicable thereto.   • Payment of Taxes and Other Expenses Should City, in its discretion, or a relevant taxing authority such as the Internal Revenue Service or the State Employment Development Division, or both, determine that Contractor is an employee for purposes of collection of any employment taxes, the amounts payable under this Agreement shall be reduced by amounts equal to both the employee and employer portions of the tax due (and offsetting any credits for amounts already paid by Contractor which can be applied against this liability). City shall then forward those amounts to the relevant taxing authority. Should a relevant taxing authority determine a liability for past services performed by Contractor for City, upon notification of such fact by City, Contractor shall promptly remit such amount due or arrange with City to have the amount due withheld from future payments to Contractor under this Agreement (again, offsetting any amounts already paid by Contractor which can be applied as a credit against such liability). A determination of employment status pursuant to the preceding two paragraphs shall be solely for the purposes of the particular tax in question, and for all other purposes of this Agreement, Contractor shall not be considered an employee of City. Notwithstanding the foregoing, should any court, arbitrator, or administrative authority determine that Contractor is an employee for any other purpose, then Contractor agrees to a reduction in City’s financial liability so that City’s total expenses under this Agreement are not greater than they would have been had the court, arbitrator, or administrative authority determined that Contractor was not an employee.

  • COMMISSIONS, CHARGES AND OTHER COSTS 23.1. The provision of services is subject to the payment of costs, fees, commissions, charges, taxes, etc (the “Costs”). In addition to those Costs, other costs may be due by the Client directly to third parties. The Client shall be obliged to pay all such costs the commissions, charges and other costs set.   • TUITION AND OTHER FEES 5.1 The Training Provider may determine the tuition fee it charges to any Skills First Student for delivery of programs on the Funded Scope, unless:
